How do you motivate your team members on their various projects?

By giving them a sense of ownership on project and emphasizing team work within the project. I believe this helps facilitate good collaboration and helps the team support each other when needed. By having the team feel as if they own the outcome of the project, they are more inclined to do their best work.

What is your communication style?

I am pretty laid back, however am very detailed which means I generally like to have bullet points or lists after a meeting or conversation. This makes it easier to identify important pieces of information and any action items that are needed.

What programs do you work with on a daily basis?

Harvest, Outlook, GitHub, Asana, Excel, Word, Slack, and the Google

What is your professional goal in the next 6 months?

To learn to communicate better with the Wildland Internal team and use that communication to be more organized on projects and timelines.

What video games do you play?

Forza Motorsports 7 and PUBG

What TV shows would you recommend?

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Rick and Morty, and TopGear/The Grand Tour

Tell us about your dream car.

If I could have any car in the world it would be a white R34 Nissan Skyline. AWD, Turbo, and Sounds Awesome!

What do you accomplish in your free time?

Projects around the house and taking care of our farm animals.

How has your Windows to Mac transition been?

Smoother than I would have thought but I still prefer to use a Windows Machine. I do however really like the mouse shortcuts.
